Orders are processed within 10–15 business days.

  • No shipping on weekends or holidays
  • During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer

Good things don’t wait—but they’re worth it.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Expedited: 2–3 business days (if offered)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Delays & Issues

Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

That means:

  • Weather happens
  • Delays happen
  • Logistics get messy sometimes

We’re not responsible for carrier delays—but we’ll always help track things down if needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but it’s not there:

  • Check with neighbors / mailbox / building office
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Then reach out to us

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.

Incorrect Shipping Info

You’re responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If you mess it up:

  • We can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed
  • We’re not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address

Double-check it before you hit “buy.”

 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, you’ll need to cover re-shipping costs
